When you meet Jovanni C. Fiallo, you quickly realize he’s not your typical attorney. A proud Tampa native and the founding partner of the Law Offices of Jovanni C. Fiallo, PLLC, Jovanni built his firm on a simple belief: every client has a story that deserves to be heard.
Jovanni represents people who have suffered life-changing injuries because of someone else’s negligence, and he has recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. But for him, it’s about far more than numbers—it’s about people. He takes the time to truly get to know his clients, often visiting them at home, sharing a meal with their families, or cheering on a Bucs, Rays, or Lightning game together. His goal is for every client to feel that he’s more than just their lawyer—he’s their ally, their voice, and their friend during one of the most difficult times in their lives.
Jovanni’s approach is personal and deliberate. He gives every client his personal cell phone number and stays directly involved in every case. Unlike the big “billboard firms,” his firm limits the number of cases it takes on to ensure that each client receives the time, attention, and high-quality representation they deserve.
Before founding his own firm, Jovanni served as Managing Attorney for
the Tampa office for one of the big statewide law firms, where he helped build the office from the ground up, establishing the Tampa office as a powerhouse. During his time with that firm, Mr. Fiallo displayed his extensive knowledge and skill in handling trucking/18-wheel/commercial vehicle crashes, securing multiple six- and seven-figure results, including multi-million-dollar recoveries against national trucking companies. His background also includes defending Fortune 500 companies, giving him valuable insight into the strategies insurance companies use to delay or deny claims—a perspective he now uses to his clients’ advantage.
Jovanni earned his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and President of the Moot Court Board. Before law school, he attended Saint Leo University, where he was the starting catcher for the university’s baseball team.
Outside the office, Jovanni is a devoted family man, passionate sports fan, and lifelong supporter of the Bucs, Rays, and Gators. When he’s not fighting for his clients, you can find him golfing, working out, exploring theme parks, or spending quality time with his loved ones.
